Bueso also confirmed they were developing a special aimed at locals.
CINÉPOLIS a movie theater that is state of the art in both technology and comfort opened last December in Altara Lifestyle Center part of Altia Smart City.
The 57,000-square-foot theater complex features six screens with digital projection, including premium large format screens, 3D movies and one MACRO XE theater. Inside each auditorium cushy, fully reclining leather seats that allow moviegoers to enjoy the movie in luxurious comfort.
Moviegoers have the option to buy movie tickets at the concession counter or by purchasing them previously online at cinepolis.com.hn. There is a restaurant “The Coffee Tree” and a bar at the lobby area which have a vast menu which ranges from baguis to crepes, smoothies, coffee and tea.
It opens seven days a week and has both matinee and evening show times. Ticket prices vary depending on the type of screen. The theater chain has a loyalty card program Club Cinépolis in which movie ticket and concession purchases earn points toward free movie tickets and other promotions.
Funtara is its recreational area designed to enjoy and deliver the best entertainment experiences for all ages, families and group of friends and where you can also celebrate all kinds of parties. It has more than 60 attractions and the first 5D theater in the country. Funtara is complemented with childcare service KIDDOS by offering a learning, play and fun concept.
The opening of Cinépolis and Funtara brings about fifty new jobs to the area. Cinépolis is located at Altara’s second level and Funtara at Altara’s third level.
