On Saturday January 18th our VII Sign Up Get A Job Fair took place at the Expocentro Convention Center with more than 800 attendees.

The job fair aimed to recruit and select candidates with the skills required for BPO companies with strong operations inside our business park as KM2 Solutions, StarTek, Stream Global, Zero Variance , Levanter Global, Serve5ive and two new operations which are companies of U.S. origin and presence in the region. 

The call center industry currently generates about 5,000 jobs in Honduras this year and projected to grow to 40%.

Altia Business Park currently employs more than 2,800 people and the goal this year is to employ the same amount, following our in line recruitment service, which look to hire jobs in technological, call center, server support services back office and telemarketing positions, as well as the basis for corporate offices, companies having their base of operations in Honduras.

Additionally, our growing infrastructure with one additional fourth tower being built this year, a wellness center for the staff working inside the park and soon the opening of the new Life Style Center Altara, ensuring a sustainable and unique project in our country.

Honduras has the potential to further develop the service outsourcing industry by having a large bilingual population that is constantly growing and with the best computer skills; this means more job opportunities for the country.
